Reporting to Corporate Integrated Business Planning team, the Demand Planner will collaborate with customers to drive sales & operations planning to improve customer engagement, forecasting, and planning. The Demand Planner will coordinate with the Sales team and each production facility to ensure on-time on-budget execution of each project.


What You’ll Do:

  • Implement monthly sales and operations planning process with key customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, supply chain, etc.) to assess performance metrics (e.g. on-time delivery, quality, etc.) for key customers
  • Collaborate with customers to implement monthly forecasting processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and translate forecasting to production plans
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to forecast new products volume and plan production capacity
  • Collaborate with production sites, sales, and IT to evaluate and implement forecasting/planning tools/systems
  • Analyze sales data and sales funnels to proactively plan for demands and capacity needs


What You'll Need:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s Degree required in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • At least 3-years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of data analysis
  • Previous experience in Medical device industry or contract manufacturing preferred
